In 2009 we were introduced to Concrete Polishing. Though we still coat floors, the overall benefits of Concrete Polishing have been too overwhelming to ignore. Concrete polishing has become very polular due to the savings in maintaining polished floors. Polished floors can be rejuvenated at a minimal cost quarterly, semi-annually, or annually based upon the type and amount of traffic. There are no costly or environmentally unfriendly cleaners necessary to maintain a polished floor.
It is a fact that a coated floor, at some point will wear, fade, and/or fail. Usually once this occurs, the existing coating will need to be removed prior to the application of the new coating. There is no potential for failure with a polished floor.
Traditional floor coatings are still necessary in some environments, but in most cases new polishing technology has made it possible to polish floors in residential, commercial, and industrial enviroments.
Polished floor systems are being used in national chains stores such as Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, Petco and many other commercial retail outlets. Complex decorative stain & polishing systems are being used in residential formats from standard homes to multi million dollar estates.
Decorative systems are available for interior as well as exterior.
